Due to fierce competition and innovation across the UK telecom industry. Telecoinabox appointed Sales4results, with the aim of outsourcing its sales team and increasing the demand of their products. Telecoinabox appointed Sales4results, for both of their wings i.e. tele-sales and telemarketing. We accepted the request and started working with them as a team, by analyzing their business environment and marketing trends.

Sales4results, identified the potential customers of Telecoinabox, including SME and corporate enterprises, and targeted them with a tailored sales and marketing plan. Before making phone calls we sent an email to the potential clients and offered to do a free audit for telecom’s platform. And the results were alluring as we succeeded to generate positive responses and warm leads from the customers.

The one thing which is pertinent to mention in the success story of Sales4results is that before making the complete sales plan, and setting up goals, we made ourselves familiar with client’s products and services by attending  classroom-based training, provided by Technoinabox. They also equipped us with continuous and firm support, whenever we had any query.

Results

As soon as the results came in and were evaluated, it was established that all the targets have been achieved successfully. The success was achieved over a course of six months’ period of sales campaign . During the campaign period, Sales4results managed to take a good chunk of telecom market and generated one million pounds worth of business. Which was the biggest evidence of Sales4results team’s competence and indulgence in the business of Telecoinabox.

Additionally, several new accounts were opened during the period, which are permanent revenue generating units for the entity apart from the initial one million pounds inflow, as they are being provided with regular technical support.
