L’Oréal is the biggest global cosmetic and personal care company, for more than a century L’Oréal has devoted their energy and competencies solely to one business: beauty.

Their main headquarters are in France. They operate across a variety of sectors in the beauty industry such as perfume, make-up, sun protection, skin care and hair colour.

L’Oréal appointed the Sales4Results field sales team, to introduce and revamp sales of their ‘Moroccan Oil’ hair products. L’Oréal identified a niche for these products across hair salons within Greater London and to speed up sales and take advantage of this opportunity L’Oréal used the Sales4 Results field sales team.

Sales4results had a team of 7 people who were assigned different geographical areas across London. We also provided the field sales team with a database of the main hair salons in London high streets. The objective of the campaign was to open new accounts by offering a promotional ‘Moroccan Oil’ pack.

The campaign had great success. Not only did the team hit above the daily target of opening new accounts, but the salons were asking for repeat orders.
