Paul Padilla is the Managing Director and founder of ‘Sales 4 Results’, a London-based outsourcing B2B sales organisation. Originally from Ecuador, now based in London, Paul holds an MBA in Business and has delivered training and coaching sessions for leadership and sales to large FTSE100 companies such as Coca Cola. Currently, Paul is writing a book about developing a successful sales team.
As MD, Paul manages and oversees the entire organisation from marketing and HR to sales and finance. He says: “The heart of my organisation is sales, so I’m involved in most projects. I love selling, inspiring and motivating people. Every campaign is a new challenge and a new learning opportunity.”
I am a Chartered Accountant with 35 year’s experience helping all sizes of businesses achieve their goals and ambitions. I have worked with and advised businesses ranging from Sole Traders to Start-up companies to fast growing companies to large quoted multinational companies in many accounting, commercial and business areas.
I also have a First Class Honours degree from the London School of Economics and an MBA. Outside of work I enjoy travel, sports, working out at the Gym, music and spending time with my wife and our young daughter.
I have about 15 years of experience in B2B sales and account management mainly across the FMCG, telecommunications and technology sector. I have a vast experience developing and managing new sales distributions channels across blue-chip organisations such as ‘T&T’ (Telecoms & Technology) where I managed to increase their revenue by 35% over 6 months. I am results orientated, I enjoy resolving problems for customers, and making sure, they are 100% satisfied.
I have had the opportunity to work together with Paul Padilla the Director of Sales 4 Results from the beginning of the consultancy. I could witness how the entrepreneurial character of our director is leading our company forward. We have been able to serve more than 70 clients in different sales areas. I could say that the successes and the good results obtained are the result of our leadership style that together with the training of our personnel is enabling us to fulfil our organisation’s mission and objectives.
I have been working for Sales 4 Results over the last two years. My role is to provide administrative support to different sales campaigns. I love interacting with the clients and sales representatives and keeping them update with the campaigns results and KPI’s. I possess excellent organisation and time keeping skills, hence keeping clients and managers very happy.
Last year I travelled across South America, I loved the experience and I enjoyed the lovely weather.
I have worked for more than 12 years in the outsourcing sales industry. I have an extensive experience in B2B Sales and Marketing. My main background is running and managing telesales and telemarketing campaigns within the beauty and FMCG industry. I manage key accounts at Sales 4 Results and I enjoy coaching managers and salespeople. One of my highlight was to deliver a presentation on behalf of one of our customers and won a deal worth £700,000
We live in a digital economy, and this is what we do at Sales 4 Results – we work across a variety of channels to ensure you get enough leads and sales results for your business. I joined Sales 4 Results last year and I am enjoying it. My job is to continually run Digital Marketing and Social Media campaigns for our own organisation as well as on behalf of our clients. I studied Marketing at London University and I also have a master’s at the London Marketing Digital Institute. In addition, I speak 3 languages French, Spanish and English.
My job is to manage new projects at national and international level and I specialise within facilities services. I like to maintain continuous communication and build strong relationships with our clients. I will always go the extra mile to help them so that they receive a top-quality service. I am currently studying for a master’s degree in Project Management part time. I enjoy studying and reading with a nice glass of red wine.
I really enjoy working for Sales 4 Results and contributing to the different campaigns. I believe training and ongoing coaching are keys for a successful sales campaign. My passion is seeing everyone on my sales team successful achieving their sales targets and earning lots of money. My job is great because I get to work on different campaigns; therefore, I get the opportunity to learn about different industries and products.
In my spare time, I love travelling and going out with my friends.
